Congratulations Zoe and Olly

This was certainly a mix – an Aussie was marrying a Pommy!

Then we found out that Olly was having a Thai kick boxing fight 2 days before the actual wedding date. We were glad he won – and the boys partied in Patong and did not come back until 6 in the morning – NOTE. The girls came back at 4 – does anyone have some pictures that they want to share? (thisis2tim@yahoo.co.uk)

The girls took over the spa the next day – everyone had a special massage, cocktails were shared and they started to get ready for the next day.

The Wedding ceremony was in front of Panwa House – flowers were everywhere – hanging from the tree, Panwa House, scattered on the floor…

The music started and Zoe and dad followed the pink ladies (bridesmaids dressed in pink) out of Panwa House – beautiful.

Tears, smiles, kisses and embraces were shared and there was a lovely feeling throughout the Panwa House.  Pimms were drunk and Singha clinked – a lot of photographs were taken.

Dinner was set and the music began, spirit balloons were lit and the band from Timber Hut were there top share the special day – than the DJ shook the floor and the party began……

Then there was a trip on the Panwa Princess to Banana Island

Congratulations Olly and Zoe.

Naiomi and Philip

Naiomi arrived the day before they were going to get married and their smiles and their excited but relaxed laughter meant that it was going to be special.

We quickly hid Naiomi's dress because Philip had never seen it and discussed what they wanted of their special day.

I promised to buy Philip a beer before his wedding but we got so lost talking music and getting a CD ready I forgot!  But he was there on time and he even did not turn his head as Naiomi walked along the beach.

What a beautiful day to be a part of!

Congratulations Gerry and Emma

What can I tell you about Gerry and Emma’s special day………..

Emma had been planning this special day and arrived with only 2 pieces of A4 paper AND they were ready to let go of all organisation when we met.  Emma and Gerry said that the only thing that they had trouble with were the words of the ceremony – I could do that!!!

Emma’s wedding dress was pressed and Gerry had a shirt made, Emma had 2 massages (one was supposed to be Gerry’s) and then relaxed to be ready for their special day.

They prepared themselves by going on an elephant ride and then the trip of a lifetime – John Gray Sea Canoe.

The guests prepared themselves at Panwa House - and what an entrance it was!

Emma arrived with an elephant and was given away by her brother who they tell me was more emotional than she was!  The beach was alive with people and they cheered and clapped Emma as she walked along the beach – what a start.

They had a ceremony in Panwa House that could not be believed, with readings by their guests and tears and smiles from everyone. The guests on the beach cheered and clapped when they were showered with flowers at the end – you had to be there!

A special Valentine Dinner on the terrace of Top of the Reef for them all followed AND THEN they went to the beach to let off Spirit Balloons.

A beautiful day for them all – Congratulations Gerry and Emma
